摘 要: 針對某有色金屬公司在銅陽極泥回收處理過程中出現(xiàn)的鉑、鈀金屬回收率低,金的直收率不夠高等情況,應用物質(zhì)流方法對其處理銅陽極泥中的金、銀、鉑、鈀等貴金屬的行為進行研究。結(jié)果表明:在目前陽極泥處理工藝中,金、銀的分布比較集中,粗金粉富集了陽極泥中近88%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))的金;97%左右的銀集中于粗銀粉中;鉑與鈀分布較分散,鉑鈀精礦、沉氯化銀后液、析鉑鈀后液以及分銀渣中都含有金屬鉑和鈀,其含量都分別在53%、14%、26%和8%左右。

Abstract:The low recovery rates of Pt and Pd, and low direct recovery of Au are the main problems needed to be solved in the process of copper anode slime treatment for a non-ferrous metal company. The substance flow analyses (SFA) were used to study the behaviors of the precious metals such as Au, Ag, Pt and Pd. The results show that almost 88% Au and 97% Ag are enriched in the crude Au powder and crude Ag powder, respectively. However, Pt and Pd distribute scatteredly in the Pt-Pd concentrate, AgCl precipitated solution, Pt-Pd precipitated solution and Ag leached residue, with the amounts of Pt and Pd of 53%, 14%, 26% and 8%, respectively.
