摘 要: 對Zn78Al22合金在鑄造和固溶處理之后,采用塑性變形和循環(huán)相變再加上時效,可以減小晶粒尺寸。結(jié)果表明,采用315、300℃加熱、室溫時效、循環(huán)相變5次或300℃加熱0℃時效,可使合金的粒狀晶粒尺寸減小到100nm。

NANOSTRUCTURED Zn-Al ALLOY

Abstract:After casting and solution-treatment on Zn78Al22alloy, the phase transformation circles, the plastic deformation and aging were used to decrease the grain size of the alloys. The results show that the granular grain size of the alloys can be decreased to 100nm by the phase transformation circles when the heating temperature is 315℃and the aging temperature is ambient one or when the heating temperature is 300℃and the aging temperature is 0℃.
