摘 要: 描述了FVS0812合金粉末壓坯在整個(gè)脫氣過(guò)程中溫度—脫氣量關(guān)系,得出700 K左右為該合金最佳脫氣溫度。借助X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對(duì)比分析壓坯在真空加熱除氣與空氣中加熱后粉末表面氧化膜微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的不同,發(fā)現(xiàn)脫氣者較未脫氣者氧化膜薄30%以上,F(xiàn)e、V等元素只分布在氧化膜內(nèi)層。

ALUMINUM ALLOY’S POWDER-DEGASSING

Abstract:The degassing process of the powder blank of FVS0812 alloy was studied, and the relation between temperature and volume of degassing was described. The best degassing temperature was about 700K. The microstructure of the oxide film on the blank after vacuum heat-degassing was compared with that after heating in air through XPS. The results showed that the oxide film of powder after vacuum heat-degassing was 30% thinner than that after heating in air. The elements of Fe, V etc were only distributed inside the oxide film.
