噴射沉積Al-3.8Li-0.8Mg-0.4Cu-0.13Zr合金的顯微組織與拉伸性能

摘 要: 采用新型的噴射沉積快速凝固工藝制備了Al-3.8Lr-0.8Mg-0.4Cu-0.13Zr合金,并對合金的顯微組織與拉伸性能進行了實驗研究。實驗結(jié)果表明,沉積態(tài)合金組織為細小、均勻的等軸晶,晶粒尺寸大多在5~20μm范圍內(nèi)。經(jīng)熱擠壓后合金組織中的晶粒呈“磚塊”狀或“竹節(jié)”狀形貌特征,晶界上破碎的氧化物很少。時效析出不規(guī)則形狀的δ相粒子和球殼狀β-δ復合沉淀相。δ粒子的粗化速度較快,δ粒子間距隨時間增大的趨勢不明顯。噴射沉積Al-Li合金短時間時效(190℃,10 h)即可達到峰時效狀態(tài),此時材料的綜合性能最優(yōu)(σb= 534 M Pa,σ0.2= 480 M Pa,延伸率為10% )。與粉末冶金Al-Li合金相比材料的塑性明顯改善而強度相當。

MICROSTRUCTURE AND TENSILE PROPERTIES OF

Abstract:Al-3.8Li-0.8Mg-0.4Cu-0.13Zr alloy was produced by a novel spray deposition process, and its microstructure and tensile properties in various aging conditions have been investigated. The experimental results showed that, the as-deposited material is composed of very fine equiaxed grains with the size of 5~20μm; grains in the as-extruded alloy is“brick-like”in morphology, and no oxide particles are found at the grain bounderies;δ′particles with irregular
shape and“δ′-β′”co-precipitates precipitate in the aged alloy. The coarsening rate ofδ′particles is fast, and the distance between the particles doesn t widen obviously as that of IM alloys with the aging time. The spray deposited Al-Li alloy gets to the peak age condition in a short time(190℃, 10 h) and obtains the best properties(σb=534 MPa,σ0.2=480 MPa,δ=10%). Compared with RSPM Al-Li alloy, ductility of the tested alloy is improved obviously while comparable tensile strength is maintained.
