摘 要: 用兩種X射線衍射法確定了金屬間化合物Ni3Al的德拜溫度ΘD為550 K并利用新發(fā)展的“固體中多原子相互作用的新勢能函數(shù)”和測定的Ni3Al合金的德拜溫度,計(jì)算了Ni3Al合金的結(jié)合能、形成熱、體彈性模量以及比熱和線熱膨脹系數(shù)隨溫度變化的曲線。

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF Ni3Al

Abstract:The Debye temperature(ΘD)of intermetallic compound Ni3Al has been determined as 550 K by two X-Ray diffraction ways. The cohesive energy, formation heat, bulk modulus of elasticity and the curve of specific heat and linear coefficient of thermal expansion as a function of temperature have been calculated, using the new ly developed potential function of interactions of many atoms in solids and by measuring Debye temperature of Ni3Al alloy.
