摘 要: 采用多層噴射共沉積工藝制備6066鋁合金/15%SiC顆粒復(fù)合材料,得到了增強(qiáng)顆粒分布均勻、增強(qiáng)顆粒與基體界面潔凈、基體冷凝速度高的沉積坯,沉積坯經(jīng)擠壓后進(jìn)行T6狀態(tài)處理,其力學(xué)性能為σb= 640 M Pa, σ0.2=510 MPa, E= 133 GPa,δ= 9. 4%。

Abstract:6066Al/SiCpcomposites were developed by multi-layer spray co-deposition technology. The deposition preforms with high cooling rate were prepared. In the deposition preforms, the distribution of the reinforcing particulates is homogeneous and the interface between the reinforcing phase and the matrix is clean. After extrusion and T6 heat treatment, the materials show mechanical properties as:σb=640 MPa,σ0.2=510 MPa,E=133 GPa,δ=9.4%.
