摘 要: 研究了在鋁合金鑄件中鑲嵌鋁基復(fù)合材料的鑲嵌鑄造工藝，并通過(guò)鑲嵌件表面處理(噴砂、鍍鋅、鍍鎳)和控制澆注工藝參數(shù)(鑄模溫度、鑲嵌件預(yù)熱溫度、鋁合金澆注溫度和澆注操作時(shí)間)獲得了復(fù)合材料鑲嵌件和鑄件本體鋁合金之間良好的界面結(jié)合。

Abstract:The cast technology inserting aluminium matrix composite into cast aluminium alloy was investigated. The surface treatment of composite inserts (grit blasting, zinc plating and nickel plating) and the casting technological parameters (mould temperature, preheating temperature of inserts, cast temperature of aluminium alloy and the time of casting operation) were employed to obtain excellent interface bond between composite inserts and cast aluminium alloy.
