摘 要: 研究了銅電解液中高含量銅的光度分析。直接利用水合銅離子的藍(lán)色,雙波長扣除試樣渾濁干擾;標(biāo)樣以硫酸為介質(zhì)消除硫酸根干擾;于標(biāo)樣中加入定量的鎳,并選擇適當(dāng)?shù)牟ㄩL克服鎳的干擾。實(shí)現(xiàn)了貴溪冶煉廠銅電解液中銅(30~60g/L)的自動快速分析,240次進(jìn)樣/h,結(jié)果令人滿意。

Abstract:Highly concentrated copper in electrolyte was determined automatically and rapidly by a spectrophotometry based on the color of the hydrated copper ion. The interference of turbidness which is caused by thiourea and bone glue was corrected by dual-wavelength measurement. The interference of SO2-4was corrected by adding H2SO4to the standard solution. The hydrated nickel ion interferes in the determination of copper because it is green. NiSO4was added to the standard solution in order to eliminate this interference, since the content of nickel in copper electrolyte is relatively constant. The method has been used successfully at Guixi Smeltery. Loading frequency of 240 samples per hour was obtained.
