摘 要: 分析了有色冶金爐窯的特點(diǎn),認(rèn)為有色冶金爐窯作為研究對(duì)象,可看作“高溫反應(yīng)器”,其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容可概括為“三傳二反”,即:流體動(dòng)量傳遞、熱量傳遞、質(zhì)量傳遞以及化學(xué)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)、爐窯反應(yīng)器結(jié)構(gòu)原理與設(shè)計(jì)。提出了一種有效的研究方法,即“數(shù)學(xué)模擬-全息仿真-整體優(yōu)化”,并列舉了成功應(yīng)用的實(shí)例。

NONFERROUS-METALLURGICAL FURNACES

Abstract:The characteristics of nonferrous-metallurgical furnaces(NMFs) have been discussed. As research subjects, NMFs can be regarded as high-temperature reactors, and all main studies for which can be generalized into“threeT’s and two R’s”, namely, momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer, kinetics of chemical reaction and design and structure principle of furnace reactors. An effective approach of furnace research was presented, that is,“mathematical modelling—computer simulation in hologram—comprehensive optimization”, and some successful applications of which were cited.
