摘 要: 分析了客戶機(jī)/服務(wù)器( Client/ Server或C/S)模式的工作原理和基于C/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)的通用勞資管理系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)，并詳細(xì)介紹了一個(gè)實(shí)用系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用考勤鐘，以條形碼考勤卡為媒介，將人事、考勤、工資數(shù)據(jù)緊密聯(lián)系起來，充分實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)共亨。同時(shí)，在工作時(shí)間安排、遲到早退罰款規(guī)定設(shè)置、工資表構(gòu)成及工資計(jì)算公式定義等多方面采取了靈活措施。該系統(tǒng)具有較大的靈活性和通用性已在廣東省某集團(tuán)公司應(yīng)用，大大提高了該公司的管理效率。

BASED ON CLIENT/SERVER ARCHITECTURE

Abstract:The working principles of Client/Server(C/S) model and the characteristics of general labour-capital management system based on C/S architecture were firstly analyzed. Then a practical system development was illustrated in detail. Through time recorders and bar code cards, this system gathers data of personnel, work attendance check and wages together, and completely realizes share of them. Many effective measures were taken to fix work time table, to make fine regulations for being late or absent, to determine content of wages form, to define wages calculation formula and so on, which makes the system relatively flexible and adaptable. It has been put into use by a nonferrous group Co, Guangdong province, and has greatly improved by now the management efficiency in that company.
