摘 要: 實(shí)驗(yàn)查明了電磁攪拌對(duì)鋁及其合金的凝固結(jié)晶行為的影響:參數(shù)合適的電磁場(chǎng)可起到細(xì)化凝固l組織、加速凝固進(jìn)程、減少偏析的良好作用。鑄軋工業(yè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,電磁攪拌可使鑄軋板坯組織細(xì)化到1級(jí)晶粒度。

ALUMINUM AND ITS ALLOYS UNDER CONDITION
OF ELECTROMAGNETIC STIRRING (EMS)

Abstract:The test result of solidification of aluminum and its alloys with EMS showed that, the EMS with suitable parameters can add the number of crystal, and reduce the time of solidification and the ratio of segregation. The industrial experiment proved that the crystal degree of roll-casting plate reached 1 degree using EMS.
