摘 要: 對(duì)用低壓浸滲法制備石墨(碳)長(zhǎng)纖維鎂基復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,制備工藝條件對(duì)復(fù)合狀況、界面反應(yīng)及復(fù)合材料性能均有明顯影響。通過(guò)纖維表面SiO2涂層處理和優(yōu)化浸滲工藝,可成功地制備出高性能的復(fù)合材料,拉伸斷裂強(qiáng)度可達(dá)509 MPa,模量亦可達(dá)142 GPa。

Abstract:Gr(C)/Mg composites were prepared by low-pressure infiltration. Results showed that the infiltration, interface reaction and tensile stress of composite materials were affected obviously by fabrication conditions. Through fiber SiO2coating and optimum infiltration processing, composite materials with high mechanical properties were produced. Its tensile strength was as high as 509 MPa and modulus of elasticity 142 GPa.
