La2O3基導(dǎo)電陶瓷室溫電阻率的測試與研究①

摘 要: 主要研究La2O3基導(dǎo)電陶瓷的組成對其燒結(jié)性能及室溫電阻率的影響。結(jié)果表明組成為(La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO的陶瓷具有良好的燒結(jié)性能以及最佳的室溫電阻率。

Abstract:The influence of composition of La2O3-based conductive ceramics on its sintering property and resistivity at room temperature was studied. It was found that the ceramics with composition of (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO has the best sintering property and the lowest resistivity at room temperature.
