摘 要: 研究了γ-TiAl基合金經(jīng)離心噴射沉積成形時(shí)不同噴射距離對(duì)合金組織的影響。合金經(jīng)等離子弧熔煉并重熔后,在真空條件下進(jìn)行離心噴射沉積成形,噴射沉積距離分別為200、300、400和500mm。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)離心噴射沉積后的合金仍存在著孔隙,且隨噴射距離的增加,孔隙率增加,孔隙越細(xì)密。成形后的組織結(jié)構(gòu)為層片狀組織,其形貌、層片大小也隨成形距離的不同而變化。

STRUCTURE OF GAMMA TITANIUM ALUMINIDES

Abstract:The effects of spray forming distances during centrifugal spray deposition process on the structure of a gamma titanium aluminide(Ti-48Al-2Mn-2Nb)were investigated.The ingot of alloy was first melted in a plasma melting furnace, and then remelted and spray-formed onto the inside of a set of moveable mild steel substrates over different spraying distances from 200mm to 500mm respectively, by means of centrifugal spray deposition under vacuum condition. The results showed that there exist pores in the as-sprayed alloys, the porosity levels increase as the spray forming distances increasing from 200mm to 500mm, and more and finer pores are found with the increasing of spray forming distances; the typical lamellar structure was obtained, but the configuration of alloy is changeable, which is related to the spray forming distances.
