摘 要: 為了滿足LD2超厚鋁合金鍛件(d1 800 mm X 460 mm)的使用力學(xué)性能特殊要求,對(duì)降低超厚鋁合金鍛件殘余應(yīng)力的新技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,合適的熱處理工藝為:固溶溫度480℃,淬火水溫80℃,淬火出水溫度120℃,淬火后與變形間隔不大于3h,淬火后冷變形量為3%~5%,165+5℃人工時(shí)15h。強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)(σb,σ0.2,HB)比未經(jīng)熱處理的狀態(tài)提高60%~70%,塑性指標(biāo)和導(dǎo)電率提高50%。采用有限元法分析了鍛件淬火殘余應(yīng)力,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果一致。

IN EXTRA-THICK ALUMINIUM ALLOY FORGING

Abstract:In order to satisfy the special needs of mechanical properties of extra-thick aluminium alloy forging LD2 (d1 800 mm×460 mm), the new technique to eliminate the residual stress of extra-thick aluminium alloy forging has been studied systematically and the forging quench residual stress has been analysed using finite element method.The experimental results are in accordance with those calculated by FEM.
