摘 要: 研究了等離子噴涂法制備ZrO2-Ti系功能梯度涂層。結(jié)果表明,采用等離子噴涂工藝制備功能梯度涂層是可行的,涂層與基體除以機(jī)械咬合方式結(jié)合外,還存在著少量冶金化學(xué)反應(yīng)結(jié)合,添加Ni/Al和SiO2有助于提高涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度。

Abstract:The ZrO1-Ti functional gradient coating was developed by plasma spraying, which exhibits gradient distribution both in composition and microstructure as expected. Besides mechanical combination, chemicometallurgical reaction combination exists somewhere on coating-substrate interface. Furthermore, the adhesion strength of the coating can be improved by adding Ni/Al and SiO2into it.
