摘 要: 用自行研制的新型在線(xiàn)吸光光度分析儀,對(duì)鋅凈化液中痕量和鎘進(jìn)行同時(shí)在線(xiàn)分析,在60s內(nèi)自動(dòng)完成調(diào)空白、采樣進(jìn)樣、讀數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)校正及打印結(jié)果,采樣頻率60個(gè)/h。鈷在0.1~ 8mg/L之間,鎘在0.05~4 mg/ L之間符合朗伯比爾定律。該法已應(yīng)用于鋅凈化液中痕量鈷和鎘的同時(shí)測(cè)定,結(jié)果令人滿(mǎn)意。

ANALYSIS OF TRACE COBALT AND CADMIUM IN
PURIFIED SOLUTION OF ZINC HYDROMETALLURGY

Abstract:A new method for the on-line simultaneous analysis of trace cobalt and cadmium in the purified solution of zinc hydrometallurgy has been studied by the aid of the self-designed on-line photometric analyzer. The analysis process including zeroing, sample loading and injecting, data-reading , standard calibration, measurement of absorbance and results printing can be completed in less than 60s.The sampling frequency is 60 samples per hour.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0·1~8 g/mL for determining Co and 0·05~4 g/mL for determining Cd respectively. The method proposed has been applied to the simultaneous determination of cobalt and cadmium in zinc sulphate solutions of the purification process at Zhuzhou smelter.The results are satisfactory.
