摘 要: 研究用自制的甲殼素膜電滲析法分離鈧與錫,該甲殼素與交聯(lián)劑形成的陰離子交換膜能選擇性地通過(guò)SnO32-陰離子,使?jié)褐械腟c3+與SnO32+分離。實(shí)驗(yàn)考查了電壓、酸度和濃度等條件對(duì)SnO32-透過(guò)率的影響。結(jié)果表明,在電壓為20V,膜兩側(cè)pH差值△pH > 7時(shí),在210min內(nèi)SnO32與Sc3+能完全分離。用甲殼素膜分離,允許SnO32-濃度范圍在300 mg/ L以下。

Abstract:The membrane separation of scandium and tin was investigated by dialysis method. The anion membrane was made from the chitin and cross linking agent. SnO2-3anion can pass through the anion membrane but Sc3+can not, so that both SnO2-3and Sc3+can be separated. The effects of some condition such as voltage, acidity and concentration on transmittance were examined. The result showed that at voltage 20 V,ΔpH>7, the thorough separation of SnO2-3and
Sc3+can be completed in 210 min. The concentration of SnO2-3to be separated using the anion membrane must be <300 mg/L.
