A型沸石的制備及其對(duì)鈣離子的吸附機(jī)理

摘 要: 研究了用高嶺上制備A型沸石及有關(guān)工藝過(guò)程,得出了最佳工藝條件,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了X射線衍射及電鏡掃描的測(cè)定。制備出對(duì)鈣離子吸附能力高的A型沸石,研究了其對(duì)濟(jì)液中Ca2+離子的吸附機(jī)理,討論了溫度和溶液濃度變化對(duì)A型沸石吸附Ca2+離子動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:A型沸石對(duì)Ca2+的吸附可分為兩個(gè)階段:在反應(yīng)的初期(t≤10min),反應(yīng)進(jìn)行非常之快,影響因素復(fù)雜,動(dòng)力學(xué)方程呈曲線關(guān)系;在反應(yīng)的后期(t > 10 min)滿足方程dC/dt= -k·G。經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算,得出該吸附反應(yīng)的活化能E=17. 07 kJ/mol,吸附頻率因子A=202.4 s-1

PREPARATION OF ZEOLITE A AND ITS
ADSORPTION MECHANISM TO CALCIUM ION

Abstract:The process of using kaolinite from Leiyang county, Hunan Province to prepare zeolite A was reported.The best technical condition for preparing zeolite A has been obtained. The X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope observation of the product were carried out. The kinetics of zeolite A adsorbing Ca2+in aqueous solution was described,and the influences of temperature and the original concentration of Ca2+were emphatically studied. The results showed that there are two stages in this adsorption reaction. In the first stage (t≤10 min), the reaction is very quick and the kinetics relation is complex; in the second stage (t>10 min), the reaction becomes slow, which accords with the equation of lnC=-kt+b. The relationship between the adsorption velocity constant and the temperature in the later stage accords with the Arrhenius equation; the activation energyE=17.07 kJ/mol, and the adsorption frequency factor A=202.4 s-1.
