摘 要: 研究了在不同條件(如硫化物試劑、溫度、pH值)下生成的鎳硫化合物的組成及結(jié)構(gòu)類型。在非氧化還原反應(yīng)條件下,硫化沉鎳產(chǎn)物為NiS。當(dāng)溫度較高(>80℃)、反應(yīng)速度較快時,產(chǎn)物NiS為屬于NiAs結(jié)構(gòu)的α-NiS;當(dāng)溫度較低( < 60℃)、反應(yīng)較緩慢時,產(chǎn)物為針硫鎳型的β-NiS。在有電子得失的硫化沉鎳過程中,沉淀產(chǎn)物的組成依沉鎳試劑及濟(jì)液pH值的變化而變化。用硫代硫酸鹽沉鎳,在任何pH條件下,其產(chǎn)物均為NiS2。在有元素硫存在并參與的沉鎳反應(yīng)中,NiS2總比NiS優(yōu)先生成。用連二亞硫酸鹽(S2O )沉鎳時,若PH值大于7.09,其產(chǎn)物為Ni3S2,若小于7.09,則產(chǎn)物為NiS2。

Pb IN PbSiF6-H2SiF6SYSTEM

Abstract:The influence of additive and technological parameter on cathode process of electrodepositing Pb in PbSiF6-H2SiF6electrolytic system was investigated by motional electric potential. The electrochemical mechanism of the process is indicated. The experimental results showed that controlling Pb in electrolyte as 40~120 g/L,H2SiF6as 90~120 g/L, sodium wood-sulfonate additive as 4 gL, high quality deposit Pb was obtained.
