摘 要: 以“夾持系數(shù)”取代傳統(tǒng)的摩擦系數(shù);對卡盤的主要零件重新進行了受力分析,推導出能滿足各零件設計計算之用的計算公式;提出了提高卡盤夾持能力的有效措施:(1)減小卡瓦和卡圈斜面之間的摩擦系數(shù);(2)提高卡瓦和主動鉆桿之間的夾持系數(shù)。

Abstract:A conception of gripping coefficient used to replace traditional friction coefficient has been introduced. Based on a new mechnical analysis for main parts of the chuck, some more reasonable formulae that can be used to design and calculate the chuck have been derived, and effective measures to raise the gripping capacity of the chuck were proposed, which include: (1) decrease friction coefficient of oblique planes between the gripper and the ring; (2) increase gripping coefficient between the gripper and the drill pipe.
