摘 要: 針對1400冷軋機現(xiàn)川軋制油用存在的問題，對其使川的油品進行了組分分析和性能測定并根據(jù)表面吸附理論提出了增加潤滑性能、消除退火油斑、延長使用壽命的一些新見解。所調(diào)制的軋制油在工業(yè)應(yīng)用中獲得良好效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of lubrication oil in 1400 cold-rolling mill, the constituent of the oil was analyzed and its performance figures were determined. Then, based on the surface adsorption theory, some new opinions of improving lubrication property, eliminating anneal oil spot and prolonging lubrication oil life were proposed. Large benefit has been gotten in industrial application of this work.
