摘 要: 研究了成型、焊接、冷軋、退火等工序的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)Ti-0.31Mo-0.8Ni管材精度及焊縫質(zhì)量的影響發(fā)現(xiàn)該合金成型性好、可焊性好,焊縫質(zhì)量可通過(guò)兩次冷軋加退火得到改善,焊軋管的性能和精度達(dá)到同規(guī)格無(wú)縫合金管材質(zhì)量水平。

Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni ALLOY PIPES

Abstract:The effects of the technological parameters of forming, welding, cold rolling and annealing on the precision and quality of welding seam of rolled Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni alloy were studied. It was found that this alloy possesses good formability and weldability, and that the quality of the welding seam can be improved by twice cold rolling plus annealing. The properties and the precision of the welded rolled pipes reach those of the seamless pipes of same specifications.
