摘 要: 推導(dǎo)了二維傳熱的焓式有限元控制方程,開發(fā)了準(zhǔn)三維焓式有限元計(jì)算程序并用該程序分析了太原鋁廠雙輥傾斜式鋁帶鑄軋機(jī)在穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)條件下,各工藝參數(shù)間的關(guān)系及提高鑄軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)能力的途徑,本程序具有隨時(shí)輸出金屬在鑄軋區(qū)凝固狀態(tài)的功能,可用于生產(chǎn)過程中的動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤。

Abstract:An enthaply control equation with FEM for heat transfer process in two dimensions and its software FEM were developed. This software was used to analyze the relation of various operational parameters for the steady production of the Twin-Roller Aluminium Casting-Rolling Machine in Taiyuan Aluminium Plant, and the way of raising the Machine s production. Since the software has immediate simulating function for solidification process of the metal in casting-rolling region, so it can be used in metal dynamic trailing in produing process.
