摘 要: 復(fù)合包套由金屬套與隔熱片組成，運用復(fù)合包套模鍛可獲得理想的鍛造溫度，降低變形抗力，細(xì)化晶粒；消除鍛造裂紋，改善鍛件性能，提高模具壽命。西南鋁加工運用復(fù)合包套模鍛新工藝，首次在國內(nèi)實現(xiàn)了大型難變形金屬精密鍛件的生產(chǎn)，該文主要介紹其規(guī)律和實例。

Abstract:A new technology of die forming, with a metallic jacket intercalated heat insulating sheet to envelope the hot metallic work-piece and keep its temperature to be decreased only a little, has been developed and used to produce large work-pieces. The results showed that this technology could obtain ideal forging temperature, reduce forging loads, fine crystal grains, eliminate forging cracks, improve the properties of the forged work-piece and lengthen the service life of the mould. For the first time, some large precise forged work-pieces of unmanageable metals are produced in China.
