熱彈性馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變的影響①

摘 要: 研究了Cu-Al-Ni-Mn-Ti合金β1相非等溫時(shí)效過(guò)程。在時(shí)效前期主要是DO3有序疇長(zhǎng)大和疇內(nèi)次近鄰原子的高度有序化，它引起馬氏體點(diǎn)升高。在時(shí)效后期，合金中發(fā)生了貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變，它使基體溶質(zhì)原子富集，導(dǎo)致馬氏體點(diǎn)下降，馬氏體量減少。在更高的溫度下，合金分解成平衡組織。貝氏體及其它析出物的機(jī)械阻礙作用使馬氏體相變滯后增寬。

AGING ON THERMOELASTIC MARTENSITE
TRANSFORMATION OF Cu-Al-Ni-Mn-Ti ALLOY

Abstract:Non-isothermalβ1-phase aging of Cu-Al-Ni-Mn-Ti alloy was studied. The main structure changes in the alloy during earlier period of aging are growth of DO3order domain and high ordering ofnnnatomic pair in the domain, which makes the martensite characteristic temperatures rise. During later period of aging, the bainite transformation takes place in the alloy, which lowers martensite characteristic temperatures and makes martensite amount decrease owing to concentration of solute atoms in the matrix. Further aged at higher temperature, the alloy decomposes into equilibrium phases. The mechanical retardation of bainite and other precipitation make the martensite transformation hysteresis become wider.
