摘 要: 探討了快速變形法細(xì)化鈦鋁合金晶粒。鑄態(tài)TiAl合金不僅晶粒粗大而且成分偏析嚴(yán)重,通過對其進(jìn)行第一次快速鍛造變形及熱處理后,絕大部分粗大晶粒可以得到細(xì)化,但仍殘留少星粗大晶粒。隨后再繼續(xù)對其施以第二次快速鍛造變形及熱處理,使殘存的粗大晶粒全部得到細(xì)化。經(jīng)過晶粒細(xì)化,TiAl合金具有理想的力學(xué)性能。

Abstract:Grain refining of TiAl intermetallics by rapid deformation was investigated. The as-cast TiAl alloy had large gain size and serious composition segregation. Most of the large grains of TiAl alloy could be refined after the first rapid deformation and heat treatment. However, a few large grains of TiAl still remained. When the second rapid deformation and heat treatment were conducted, all of the remaining large TiAl gains could be refined. After the grains were refined, the mechanical properties of TiAl were significantly improved.
