摘 要: 應(yīng)用多元擴(kuò)散偶一電子探針微區(qū)成分分析技術(shù),測定了Ti-Ni-Nb三元系相圖700℃等溫截面,確定了該三元系相圖的700℃等溫截面的12個(gè)單相區(qū)、23個(gè)兩相區(qū)和10個(gè)三相區(qū)。12個(gè)單相區(qū)是:α-Ti、β-(Ti, Nb)、Ti2Ni、 TiNi、TiNi3、(Ni)、 Ni3Nb、 Ni6Nb7、XA、 XB、 XC和XD,其中XB化合物為首次發(fā)現(xiàn)。

Abstract:The 700℃ isothermal section of the Ti-Ni-Nb ternary system was determined by means of the dif-fusion couple technique. 12 single-phase regions,23 two-phase regions and 10 three-phase regions in this isother-mal section were determined. The 12 single-phase regions include a-Ti solid solution, β-(Ti,Nb) solid solution,Ti2Ni,TiNi,TiNi3,fcc-(Ni) solid solution,Ni3Nb, Ni6Nb7, XA, XB, XC and XD. The ternary compound XB is discovered for the first time.
