摘 要: 通過(guò)研究不同熔體交變攪拌工藝對(duì)Al-12.0%Si合金微觀組織的影響發(fā)現(xiàn),從高于熔點(diǎn)某溫度開(kāi)始對(duì)熔體的持續(xù)攪拌,不僅可以球化、細(xì)化合金的初生相,細(xì)化晶粒,而且可以有效地細(xì)化共晶硅。這歸因于熔體攪拌引起的熔體結(jié)構(gòu)及特性的變化。

Abstract:Various alternative melts stirring processings were employed to improve the microstructure of AI-12.0% Si alloy. It was found that continuous melts stirring from a temperature higher than the melting point of the alloy to one lower than that will lead to refinement and homogenization of primary aluminium and eutectic
structure at same time. It was due to effects of this kind of melts stirring on melts structure and followed special solidication characteristics.
