摘 要: 利用等溫壓縮方法研究了氫對Ti3Al基的Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo鍛態(tài)合金熱變形行為的影響。在900~1000℃范圍內(nèi),氫含量為0. 2%的試樣可使峰值流變應(yīng)力比未氫化試樣降低25%~31%,即相當(dāng)于降低熱壓縮溫度將近50℃。相同溫度變形的試樣中氫含量增加所產(chǎn)生的組織變化與在更高溫度壓縮后所產(chǎn)生的組織變化相當(dāng)。

Abstract:The effect of hydrogen on hot deformation behavior of α2 wrought a, Titanium aluminide alloy. Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo, was investigated by the isothermal hot compression test as a function of hydrogen content and temperature. A reduction (25%~31% ) in the peak stress was obtained when the alloy was added by 0. 2%H,which corresponds to decreasing the delormation temperature by about 50℃.The microstructural changes pro-doted by increasing the hydrogen content at a fixed deformation temperature correspond to those obtained by rais-ing the deformation temperature.
