摘 要: 介紹了用硫化堿濕法提取錫的新工藝及電化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究。在黝錫礦精礦中配入硫化鈉和炭粉進(jìn)行燒結(jié),然后采用水浸出、凈化和電積流程,錫的總回收率在90%以上。采用多種電化學(xué)方法測(cè)定和研究了SnS 離子在錫電極上的還原動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)和機(jī)理。

Abstract:A new process of tin hydrometallurgy from stannite concentrate and the electrochemical behaviors of SnS were studied. In the new process, stannite concentrate which was blended with sodium sulphide (NaxS·9H2O),charcoal powder and sulpher was sintered at the temperature of 650℃ for an hour. Then the processes of leaching, purification and electrolysis were adopted. The mechanism and kinetics of SnS at tin electrode in NaOH-Na2S-Na4SnS4 solution by various kinds of electrochemical methods were also investigated.
