摘 要: 為了克服在低品位礦石利用的研究中現(xiàn)行方法只以企業(yè)效益為目的的局限性, 試圖建立起一套以國民經(jīng)濟整體效益優(yōu)化為目標的系統(tǒng)的分析方法,研究中運用了費用效益分析技術并輔之以半投入產(chǎn)出法、增量分析法和動態(tài)經(jīng)濟分析法。在以露天開采作業(yè)為對象的基礎上,提出了三個臨界品位計算的數(shù)學模型(這些模型很容易擴展到地下開采的情形之中),最后給出了一個計算實例。

Abstract:In order to overcome the limits of current approaches which aim at the maximization of corporate profits in the analysis of utilizing low-grade ores, a systematic analytical methodology for economic efficiency analysis was established, which aimed at the optimum allocation of national resources, utilizing cost benefit analysis and assisted by semi-imput-output analysis, in cremental analysis and dynamic economic analysis. Three mathematical models for critical grade calculations were presented based on openpit operations and they may be easily extended to underground mining. Finally, a working example was given.
