摘 要: 在一定溫度下,研究了Q235鋼在不同時間條件下熱浸鋁時鍍層的微觀結構變化及形成機理。結果表明,浸鋁初期,在鋁鐵界面產生連續(xù)的FeAl3薄層;隨時間延長,由于斜方晶格Fe2Al5相的快速生長,抑制了FeAl3相的進 一步形成,使FeAl3相由初期的連續(xù)層向非連續(xù)相層轉變, 而Fe2Al5相呈不均勻齒狀垂直于基體表面生長。通過SEM及TEM分析了鍍層形成機理并提出了鍍層的結構模型。

Abstract:The microstructure of aluminized coating and coating formation process of hot dip aluminizing (HDA) under definite temperature were investigated. It were shown, at the initial HDA stage, FeAl3 phase formed continuously between interface of Al and Fe; however, the growth of FeAl3 phase restrained by the faster growing rhombic Fe2Al5 phase with the time increasing, which causes FeAl3 phase to turn from continuous to intermittence, Fe2Al5 phase grows vertical to surface unevenly and makes HDA coating be serrated morphology. Finally, microstructure model of HDA coating and coating formation process were put foreword firstly by TEM and SEM analysis.
