摘 要: 研究了在FeCl3-HCl-NaCl體系中直接電解浸出硫化銅精礦礦漿制取銅粉的工藝條件及機(jī)理。試驗表明，在陽極初始溶液含F(xiàn)e3+ 60 g/L、HCl 30g/L、NaCl 150g/L，陰陽極電流密度分別為350和600A/m2， 100℃的條件下浸出5h，可獲得銅浸出率98.8% 、渣含銅0.34%、銅粉純度97.5%的結(jié)果；Fe3+濃度是影響銅浸出率最顯著的因素，陽極上發(fā)生的主要反應(yīng)是Fe2+的氧化；元素硫產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理是酸直接分解黃銅礦 生成H2S，H2S溶解后再被Fe3+氧化。

Abstract:The leaching technology and mechanism of direct slurry electrolysis of sulphide copper concentrates in FeCl3-HCl-NaCl system for winning copper powder have been studied. The results showed the possibility of reaching 98.8% copper dissolution efficiency and containing copper 0.34% in leaching residue, winning cathode copper powder 97.5% in grade by treatment of the concentrates with an initial anode solution containing Fe3+ 60g/L, HCl 30g/L, NaCl 150g/L at 100℃ for 5h employing anode current density of 600A/m2 and cathode current density of 350A/m2. Fe3+ concentration is a key factor to affect the copper dissolution rate and the main reaction on the anode is the oxidation of ferrous ions. The mechanism of the formation of elemental S is probably the result that the chalcopyrite concentrates are directly attacked by acid, the generated H2S dissolves in the solution and subsequently be oxidized by ferric ions.
