摘 要: 石墨纖維增強鎂基復合材料由于基體中加入了鋁元素,其界面情況變得較為復雜。對采用真空壓力浸漬法制備的俄羅斯產(chǎn)石墨纖維增強ZM5 鎂基復合材料在透射電子顯微鏡下觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),界面結合良好,基體與纖維間無化學反應,但存在著大小形狀不同的析出物,經(jīng)電子衍射和EDS能譜分析為γ-Mg17Al12相;在近界面區(qū)域也有相存在,并且與鎂基體存在一定的位向關系;同時在界面附近存在著大量位錯和孿晶等晶體缺陷。

Abstract:The interfacial structure of graphite fiber reinforced magnesium matrix composites becomes complex because of the addition of Al into the matrix. The ZM5 magnesium matrix composites reinforced with Russia graphite fibers were made by vacuum pressure infiltration and examined by TEM. It is found that the interfacial bonding is good, there is no chemical reaction between the fibers and the matrix; but there areγ-Mg17Al12 precipitates with different shapes and sizes on the interface, which were identified by selected area diffraction and EDS analysis. Also there are a lot of crystal defects, such as dislocations and twins, found near the interface.
