摘 要: 通過晶化法，可以將快凝Al88Ce2Ni10非晶鋁合金制備成納米晶合金。納米晶合金的組織為α-Al 固溶體和金屬間化合物Al3Ni 及Al11Ce3組成的多相納米晶結(jié)構(gòu)。在 603～773K較寬退火溫區(qū)內(nèi)，用Scherrer公式計算各晶化相，得到α-Al、Al3Ni及Al11Ce3 的晶粒尺寸分別為31～316、22～207及19～165nm。結(jié)果表明，通過控制熱處理條件， 可以獲得不同晶粒尺寸的納米晶合金。其中獲得晶粒細(xì)小、結(jié)構(gòu)均勻超細(xì)納米晶合金的最佳退火溫度為第二DSC峰值溫度附近。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline alloy has been prepared by crystallization from rapidly solidified Al88Ce2Ni10 amorphous aluminum alloy. Microstructure of nanocrystalline alloy is a multiphase nanocrystalline structure composed of α-Al solid solution and intermetallic compounds Al3Ni and Al11Ce3. In a wide range of annealing temperature 603～773 K, the grain sizes of crystallization phases α-Al, Al3Ni and Al11Ce3 calculated by Scherrer formula are 31～316, 22～207 and 19～165 nm, respectively. It is concluded that the different size nanocrystalline alloys can be obtained by the control of heat treatment condition, in which the optimum annealing temperature of nanocrystalline alloy with small grain and homogeneous structure is near the second DSC peak.
