摘 要: 硼化鈦是近年來很受重視的特種陶瓷材料,其特點是耐高溫、抗腐蝕、導電性好,因而被認為是一種在結(jié)構(gòu)材料和功能材料領(lǐng)域中都很有發(fā)展前途的材料。該論 文通過對KCl-NaCl-K2TiF6-KBF4體系中Ti(Ⅳ)、B( Ⅲ)的陰極電極過程及電化學合成TiB2 的研究, 探討了該體系中Ti(Ⅳ)、B(Ⅲ) 的陰極放電機理,確定了熔鹽電解法制備TiB2 的優(yōu)化操作條件。

Abstract:Titanium diboride is considered to be an attractive material in constructional and functional ceramics fields for its characteristics such as good refractoriness, high conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The mechanism of the cathode process of Ti(Ⅳ), B(Ⅲ) in molten NaCl-KCl-K2TiF6-KBF4 system was investigated by means of linear and cyclic voltammetry. The optimum operational parameters for electrochemical synthesis of TiB2 compact coatings or powders have been obtained in the same molten salts system.
