摘 要: 利用XD法制備了TiC/2618復(fù)合材料,并對其制備工藝、微觀組織及再結(jié)晶規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合材料中 TiC 顆粒尺寸細(xì)小( <1 μm)、表面光潔、與基體相容性好,且與2618合金相比,其再結(jié)晶溫度提高約50 ℃。

Abstract:The TiC/2618 composite has been prepared by XD method. The preparing technology,miscroscopy and the crystallization law of the composite have been studied. The results show that the TiC particles in the composite have the characteristics of fine size (<1 μm), clear appearance and a good bond with the matrix, and the recrystallization temperature of the composite increases about 50 ℃ in comparision with that of the 2618 alloy.
