摘 要: 在材料織構(gòu)定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,由織構(gòu)級(jí)數(shù)展開系數(shù)計(jì)算金屬板材的成型性參數(shù),如塑性應(yīng)變比R 值與泰勒因子M 等。通過物理數(shù)學(xué)模型的選擇,提出了改進(jìn)的簡(jiǎn)化數(shù)模。采用Bunge符號(hào)系統(tǒng)與晶體學(xué)處理方法,建立了測(cè)算織構(gòu)金屬材料的成型性參數(shù)的新方法。理論預(yù)測(cè)與力學(xué)性能測(cè)試的結(jié)果相一致,證實(shí)了該法的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the development of the Quantitative Texture Analysis (QTA) of materials, the calculation of formability parameters such as plastic strain ratio R and the Taylor factor M of sheet metals from series expansion Coefficients of texture have been studied. A simplified mathematic model has been proposed by choosing suitable physicomathematic model, and a new method to calculate form ability parameters of texture metal materials has been given using Bunge symbol system and cystallology process method. The prediction results agree well with experimental data from a steel sheet.
