摘 要: 從近自由電子模型出發(fā),考慮到類金屬原子外殼層 s、p 電子向過渡金屬原子未滿 d 殼層空位的遷移,提出了一種估算高類金屬含量 TM-M 非晶合金總有效傳導(dǎo)電子數(shù)的方法,通過與 Ni 基非晶合金Hall 系數(shù)和低溫電子比熱實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與理論估算值符合得較好。

Abstract:Based on the nearly-free-electron model, a method to estimate the total effective conducting electron numbers Zth in Ni-based amorphous alloys with high metalloid contents was given, by considering electrons moving from outer-shell of metalloid atoms to unfilled d-shell of transition metal atoms. As compared with the experimental data of Hall coefficient R0exp and electron specific heat coefficient γexp in Ni-based amorphous alloys, it is found that they are in good agreement with each other.
