摘 要: 以未再結(jié)晶晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)的 2090+Ce 鋁鋰合金板材為對象,從鋁鋰合金與普通鋁合金力學(xué)行為的主要差別入手,以揭示經(jīng)典理論難以解釋的現(xiàn)象為目的,重點研究了該合金獨有的精細結(jié)構(gòu)與斷裂特征的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,以及力學(xué)行為對之的響應(yīng)關(guān)系。涉及到室溫拉伸行為,疲勞長、短裂紋擴展特性,斷裂韌性,光滑疲勞極限。

Abstract:The material studied was aluminum-lithium alloy 2090+Ce with pancake-shape uncrystallized grains. The difference in the mechanical behavior between aluminum-lithium alloy and traditional aluminum alloy was researched so as to reveal the special phenomena which are difficult to be explained by the traditional theory. Specific emphasis has been placed on the relationship among microstructure, fractographic feature and mechanical behavior for aluminum-lithium alloy. The tensile behavior at room temperature, the growth behavior of long and short fatigue cracks, fracture toughness and fatigue limit of the studied alloy were concerned with.
