摘 要: 以十六烷基三甲基氯化銨為模板劑，在堿性條件下采用水熱晶化法合成Co取代介孔磷鋁分子篩。研究溶劑種類和用量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、催化劑用量以及H2O2和苯乙烯摩爾比等因素對反應(yīng)的影響。催化性能測試表明：該分子篩在苯乙烯氧化制苯甲醛反應(yīng)中有很好的活性，以乙腈為溶劑，當(dāng)H2O2和苯乙烯摩爾比為3、催化劑用量為5%時，在70 ℃反應(yīng)4 h后，苯乙烯的轉(zhuǎn)化率為42.2%，苯甲醛的選擇性為82.0%，苯甲醛產(chǎn)率達(dá)到34.6%。

Abstract:The Co-substituted mesoporous aluminophosphate molecular sieve (Co-MAP) was prepared by hydrothermal crystallizing process under alkaline conditions using cetyltrimethylammonium chloride as the templating agent. The influences of solvents, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and mole ratio of H2O2 to styrene were also studied. The results show that, under the conditions of n(H2O2)/n(styrene)=3, catalyst of 5%, reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and reaction time of 4 h, the conversion rate of styrene, the selectivity to benzaldehyde and the yield of benzaldehyde reach 42.2%, 82.0% and 34.6%, respectively.
