摘 要: 以基準(zhǔn)物流圖研究法為基礎(chǔ)，建立一種能夠分析復(fù)合流程工業(yè)中物流對能耗的影響分析模型。并以某氧化鋁廠1999年生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，采用該模型分析復(fù)合流程中偏離基準(zhǔn)物流圖的各股物流(包括從外界輸入的物流α、回收進行再處理的不合格產(chǎn)品或副產(chǎn)品β以及向外界輸出物流γ)對折合比、工序能耗和最終產(chǎn)品綜合能耗的影響。

Abstract:Based on the method of standard material flow diagram (SMFD), a model for analyzing the effect of material flows on the energy intensity in complex process industries was established. Based on the statistical data from an alumina refinery plant in 1999 with Bayer complex process, the effect of each material flows deviating from SMFD (including input material from surrounding α, recycle unqualified and waste product for retreatment β and output wastes to the surrounding γ) on the product ratio, unit process energy intensity and energy intensity of the final product in complex process industries can be analyzed clearly using this model.
