摘 要: 采用先進(jìn)的放電等離子燒結(jié)技術(shù)(SPS)制備N(xiāo)i7W合金初始坯錠,通過(guò)優(yōu)化高能球磨和燒結(jié)工藝以及后續(xù)和熱處理工藝制備出高度立方織構(gòu)的Ni7W合金基帶。利用電子背散射衍射(EBSD)技術(shù)對(duì)Ni7W合金基帶的晶粒取向、晶界特征等信息進(jìn)行采集和分析,對(duì)其織構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。該基帶無(wú)需拋光,即可獲得高花樣質(zhì)量的電子背散射衍射圖像。EBSD測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該Ni7W基帶表面10˚以?xún)?nèi)立方織構(gòu)晶粒質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)高達(dá)99.4%,10˚以?xún)?nèi)晶界長(zhǎng)度質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為93.6%,具有高質(zhì)量的立方織構(gòu)。

Abstract:The cube textured Ni-7%W substrates were prepared by spark plasma sintered (SPS) ingot, followed by rolling-assisted biaxially textured substrate (RABiTS) processing. The grain orientation data and the grain boundaries information of the Ni-7%W(Ni7W) substrate were collected by electron backscatter diffractometry (EBSD). The texture of the Ni7W substrate was analyzed. The high quality of EBSD image is observed on the sample surface after annealing process without polishing. The Ni7W substrate forms a sharp cube texture, and the mass fraction and length fraction of the cube texture grains in the Ni7W substrate reach 99.4% and 93.6%, respectively, within tolerance angle smaller than 10˚.
