摘 要: 應(yīng)用自行開發(fā)的鑄件充型及凝固模擬系統(tǒng)，對(duì)鋁合金石膏型精密鑄件的凝固過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。 采用自行設(shè)計(jì)制備的多通道自動(dòng)測(cè)溫裝置，對(duì)所模擬的鑄件進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)溫。為了提高模擬精度，對(duì)鑄件-鑄型熱物性參數(shù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)測(cè)，并采用最小二乘法進(jìn)行擬合。 通過計(jì)算機(jī)模擬預(yù)測(cè)了鑄件的縮孔區(qū)，分析了鑄件缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因， 提出了合理的工藝方案， 消除了鑄件內(nèi)縮孔的發(fā)生。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證的結(jié)果表明， 數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與測(cè)試值擬合較好。

Abstract:Using independently developed software system for numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification of castings, numerical simulation during solidification process of the precision casting of Al alloy in gypsum mold was completed. Adapting self-designed multi-channel apparatus for examining temperature, the temperature of simulated casting was measured. In order to improve simulation accuracy, casting-mold thermophysical parameters were measured on the spot, and approached by using least squared method. According to the results of computer simulation, the shrinkage in casting was predicted and the reasons of the casting defects were investigated. The shrinkage was eliminated after technological redesign. Besides, the experimental and simulated results were found to be in good agreement.
