摘 要: 制備了含不同粘結(jié)劑的SiC晶須預(yù)制塊,并采用擠壓鑄造法制備出含不同粘結(jié)劑的SiCw/ZM5鎂基復(fù)合材料,對(duì)其組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,采用含酸性磷酸鋁粘結(jié)劑制備的SiCw/ZM5鎂基復(fù)合材料的性能最佳,這可能和粘結(jié)劑與晶須以及基體合金的界面反應(yīng)有關(guān)。

Abstract:Several kinds of SiC whisker preforms with different binders were prepared, SiCw/ZM5 magnesium matrix composites from different preforms were fabricated with squeeze casting method, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the SiCw/ZM5 magnesium matrix composites with acid phosphate binder obtained the best mechanical properties, which may be due to the reaction between the binder and whisker and matrix alloy.
