摘 要: 將二氧化鈰和石墨粉以1∶9的摩爾比配料， 均勻混合并制團(tuán)， 在1 500～2 000 ℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)及氬氣保護(hù)下， 于碳管爐內(nèi)在不同溫度下恒溫反應(yīng)1～4 h。 利用XRD和化學(xué)分析法確定反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的物相組成和二氧化鈰的還原率，以探討碳熱還原過程中二氧化鈰與碳的反應(yīng)過程。結(jié)果表明：在本實驗研究條件下，在1500～1700℃溫度范圍內(nèi)， CeO2被碳還原的產(chǎn)物為Ce2O3； 1 750～1 800 ℃溫度范圍內(nèi)，CeO2被碳還原的產(chǎn)物為Ce2C2O2； 1 850 ℃時， CeC2即可迅速生成。CeO2與碳的作用要經(jīng)歷CeO2→Ce2O3→Ce2C2O2→CeC2的反應(yīng)過程。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reaction procedure between CeO2 and C in the process of carbon thermal reduction, the CeO2 and C(1∶9 mole ratio)were mixed homogeneously and pelletized, the pellets were reacted at the temperature rang of 1 500 to 2 000 ℃ for 1 to 4 hours in a carbon tube furnace at an atmosphere of argon. The phase composition and the reduction ratio of CeO2 were determined by XRD and chemical analysis methods. The results confirmed that the products of CeO2 reducted by C are Ce2O3 and Ce2C2O2 at the temperature range of 1500 to 1 700 ℃ and 1 750 to 1 800 ℃ respectively, CeC2 can be created rapidly at the temperature of 1 850 ℃. The procedure of CeO2 reacted with C is CeO2→Ce2O3→Ce2C2O2→CeC2 under the presented research conditions.
