摘 要: 磁場效應(yīng)對含砷溶液蒸發(fā)過程實驗表明,磁場促進溶液的蒸發(fā),不同的磁場作用參數(shù)和不同的溶液成分, 影響效果不同, 溶液蒸發(fā)效率提高5%~10%,平均效率提高達8% 以上。 通過液氣兩相平衡、 液體過熱、 成核和揮發(fā)等過程的分析, 認為磁場強化溶液蒸發(fā)的作用機理是磁場具有“磁 致表面形核效應(yīng)”。 實驗表明磁場降低溶液的表面張力(即單位面積自由能)3.5%~8.3%, 從而降低了成核勢壘, 促進了液體內(nèi)部的能量交換。 增加了汽化成核幾率, 使溶液蒸發(fā)過程得以強化。

Abstract:The magnetic effects on the evaporation process have been studied. The results showed that the magnetic field promoted the evaporation and crystallization of As2O3, the evaporation rate increased by 5%~10%, on an average of more than 8%, and the effects related to the parameter of the magnetic field and the composition of the solution. By analyzing the process of gas-liquid balance, super heat, shaping nucleus and volatilization, the “surface shaping nucleus effect” of magnetic field was revealed. The experimental results showed that the surface tension decreased by 3.5%~3.8%. So the potential energy to shape nucleus was decreased and the internal energy exchange of solution was promoted. The probability of shaping nucleus in gasification was in creased and the evaporation process of the solution was strengthened thereby.
