摘 要: 硅鉻鐵合金冶煉時(shí)排出的鉻鐵渣, 污染嚴(yán)重,難以治理, 以鉻鐵渣為主要原料煅燒綠色硅酸鹽水泥, 是其治理和綜合利用的有效途徑。在對鉻鐵渣的原料特性進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上, 論證了鉻鐵渣煅燒綠色硅酸鹽水泥熟料的可行性,并根據(jù)裝飾水泥的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了低石灰飽和系數(shù)(KH=0.81)、 高硅率(SM=3.92)、 高鋁率(IM=1.86)的配料方案,研究了煅燒過程的物理化學(xué)變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 在1450℃下以鉻鐵渣為主要原料煅燒成的綠色硅酸鹽水泥熟料,其主要礦物組成為3CaO·SiO2和2CaO·SiO2, 水泥質(zhì)量滿足國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB175-92)的要求, 而且鉻鐵渣中Cr6+也能被固定在水泥熟料的玻璃相中。

Abstract:Ferrochromic slag produced in the process of producing ferrochrome silicon alloy is an industrial pollutant. Calcining green portland cement used the ferrochromic slag as a main raw material is a vailuable way for its comprehensive utilization. By analysing its material properties, the feasibility of calcining green portland cement clinker was discussed. The composition scheme of low lime saturation factor(KH=0.81), high silica modulus(SM=3.92), and high aluminum modulus(IM=1.80) was designed according to the features of decorating cement. Moreover, the physical and chemical changes in calcining process were studied. The experimental results indicated that, when ferrochromic slag was used as main raw material to calcine green portland cement clinker at 1450 ℃, the main mineral composition was 3CaO· SiO2 and 2CaO2·SiO2, and the cement quality satisfied the demand of State Standard(GB175-92). And Cr6+ in ferrochromic slag was also fixed in glass phase of cement clinker.
