合金快速凝固組織和硬度

摘 要: 制備了多種Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5合金噴射成形毛坯, 同時研究了該類合金的快速凝固組織和硬度隨合金組分變化的規(guī)律。 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): 預(yù)成形毛坯的平均致密度大于96.8%, 毛坯底部的孔隙以搭接式為主; 隨著Cu, Fe合金元素含量的提高, 其組織形態(tài)變化的規(guī)律為:細小晶粒組織→粒狀析出相→細針狀析出相, 且硬度值單調(diào)上升。 當(dāng)x≤1時, 快速凝固態(tài)合金的硬度值高于普通鑄造狀態(tài)的硬度值; 當(dāng)x>1時, 結(jié)果相反。

Abstract:The rapidly solidified Al98-3xCu2xFexNi1Ce0.5Zr0.5 alloys were fabricated by means of spray forming technique. The morphologies and hardnesses of these alloys were studied. The results showed that the average contrary density of as-deposite is mainly as-framing. With the increment of the contents of copper and iron, the transforming rule of morphology is tiny grain morphology → particle-like dispersed phase → needle-like dispersed phase. Meanwhile, the hardness increases monotonously. When x≤1, the hardness of rapidly solidified alloy is greater than that of alloy made by ingot metallurgy.When x>1, the result is opposite.
